Pilates Training Solutions - Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:
Life can sometimes be unpredictable, and scheduling conflicts may arise. To accommodate our clients' needs, we have the following cancellation policy in place.

- Group Classes: For group Pilates classes, we require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled session you will lose the session fee, however you may attend another scheduled class within 6 days at another location assuming there is space.

- Individual Sessions: To cancel an individual Pilates session, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel less than 8 hours before your scheduled session, you may be charged a session fee.
2. Refund Policy:

We want our clients to be satisfied with their Pilates experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please refer to the following refund policy:

- Unused Sessions: In the event that you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to request a refund, we will refund the remaining sessions, deducting any used sessions at our standard rate. This is done by a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances surrounding the request.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

In the case of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances that prevent you from attending a scheduled session or class, please contact us as soon as possible. We may make exceptions to our cancellation policy in such cases.
