After giving birth many women would love to regain their pre pregnancy shape and fitness.

These one to one sessions include tailor made exercises chosen to support any residual postural issues, help repair any Diastasis recti experienced during pregnancy, strengthening the transversus abdominals, obliques, support any pelvic floor incontinence issues as well as regaining lumbo-pelvic stability. They are created with relaxation and mindfulness to ensure a  calm an enjoyable experience.

First session will include time to complete health questionnaire.
