Stability Ball Antenatal Pilates                        From £50

A series of one to one sessions throughout your pregnancy to learn how to effectively exercise using a stability ball during pregnancy.

First session will include time to complete health questionnaire. Liz will take you through a series of exercises that you can complete through each trimester – with a detailed plan and guide to continuing to complete those exercises at home.  

You do need to bring your own ball – suitable for your height and weight.  Recommended to complete sessions at around 20 weeks, 24 weeks, 30 weeks and 34 weeks.
