I'm Liz and I am a qualified Pilates instructor. I run classes, run training and create programmes for anyone wanting to learn Pilates techniques. I specialise in teaching groups and I can support tennis and golf players improve their game through core Pilates exercises.
I can support antenatal and post natal clients. I have supported many clients through pregnancy and postnatally can help repair Diastasis recti and can support in improving pelvic floor issues. I see clients with specific back and hip issues, postural problems and degenerative conditions. The exercise programmes are tailor made to your needs and are designed to target specific muscle groups relevant to your injury, condition and level of flexibility.
